The Marina is a certified Platinum Mercury dealer and full-facility marina. We offer a number of services from repairs and maintenance of boats, wet and dry moorage/storage, boat valet services and a fuel dock with premium unleaded gas and diesel sales (the only diesel sold on the Shuswap Lake!)

History of The Marina
Al MacEachern arrived in the Shuswap in 1977, working at the Shuswap Marina at Blind Bay for two years, and then moving to Tomlyn Marina in Sicamous. In 1983 Al, Gordon Mackie and Fred Busch started The Marina. A few years later Al took over from his partners and continued with providing friendly and knowledgeable service to all his customers in the Shuswap.
In 1991, Al met Carol Ovelson and the two quickly hit it off. Carol moved from Kelowna to Sicamous and the two operated The Marina up until Al's passing on December 5, 2003 at 64 years old. Al is well remembered and respected for his ability to create, build and repair anything mechanical. He developed the Quikhaul boat hauling system an innovative and efficient solution designed to expedite the process of getting boaters in and out of the water making the entire experience more enjoyable and hassle-free.
Carol and the team at The Marina continue to honour Al's legacy for providing friendly and knowledgeable service. They would like to thank all of their customers and look forward to the next 40 years!
